Masks cannot be returned for health and hygiene protection reasons. Except in cases where the product has been sent by mistake or does not correspond to the order where the return will be made as long as the product remains in its sealed packaging.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the *products received in your order, in accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, you will have a period of 14 calendar days to return all or part of your order if you prefer.
*The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging, documentation and original accessories with which it has been delivered. In the event that the product has suffered any damage or change in its condition, the user accepts that UBIK may depreciate the amount or refuse to return the product.
*Masks are not considered within the definition of product in response to the deadline for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
UBIK is not responsible for the courier company hired by the user for the return. Therefore, UBIK advises the user to ask for a proof of delivery from the transport company to confirm that the shipment has been made properly.
Once the order is received at UBIK, reviewed and verified that it is in the above mentioned conditions, the amount paid for the returned products will be refunded.
The time limit for the refund depends on the method of payment used by the user.
No refund will be made for the cost of sending the purchase price, except in exceptional cases.
